We are looking for a creative and talented junior web designer to join our programming and SEO team.

You must have strong design skills and a good HTML and CSS skills, as well as a basic understanding of search engine optimization and building Web-friendly graphics.

The ideal candidate won't settle for mediocre design, is looking and willing to be a part of a highly collaborative team, and is always working to advance their design knowledge while keeping current with emerging visual and technological trends.

A successful candidate will have the skills to effectively manage multiple projects while working under the strategic direction of the MD.

Area of work: Development of SEO-friendly websites, digital prints and web graphics.

Tech Requirements:

• Creative mindset and ability to tackle similar projects from different angles

• Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills, with specialization in: o Dreamweaver o Photoshop o Illustrator

• Candidates must be able to use style sheets, and have html skills

• Candidates must have a sharp eye for detail. Our work has a focus on continual quality improvement and we take a quality over quantity approach in this regard. Related degree/diploma/certificate. Working experience is essential

• A basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization is essential (ie, the importance of meta descriptions, title tags, rel canonicals and avoidance of duplicate content)

• Have an excellent understanding of the principles of branding communication, design / layout and development

• Communication: visual and verbal • Problem solving: who, what, where, when and why

• Attention to detail: pixel perfect designs, following brand guidelines, proper naming of layers. 1 - 2 years working experience.
